Dr. Samy Boulos
Dentist/Owner
Dr. Samy Boulos purchased the practice in February 2019. He is an accomplished dentist with a true passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing comfortable and personalized care to all his patients. He has been committed to providing dental excellence for over 23 years. His top priority as a dentist is to treat each patient as an individual and provide them with excellent dental care. He treats people of all ages and looks forward to developing a long-term relationship with you.
Along with family and cosmetic dentistry, he also places implants and completes root canals. He is continually expanding his knowledge by attending numerous classes and seminars each year. He has completed 400+ hours of continuing education.
In his free time, Dr. Boulos, enjoys spending time with his sons, volunteering at his church, and watching/playing soccer.

Dr. Paola Fermin
Dentist
Dr. Paola Fermin is originally from Venezuela. She received her undergraduate dental degree from the Universidad de Carabobo and later obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Fermin enjoys providing a wide variety of general and cosmetic dentistry. She is very passionate about educating all of her patients about their oral health and gathering all the necessary information, while listening to their concerns to create a proper treatment plan, together, that meets their needs and expectations.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and close friends. She loves to be around nature, hike, work out, travel, listen to music and try different kinds of cuisine.
Lisa
Practice Manager
She has been in the dental field since 1998. Her career started in dental assisting, she spent most of those years working at an Endodontic specialty (root canals). She enjoys educating patients on the different aspects of dentistry and comforting anxious patients.
She lives in Coon Rapids with her family. She has one daughter attending college and swimming in Iowa. She loves animals, and has a small zoo of her own-a golden retriever, a tortoise and a bunny. In her spare time, you will find her cheering on her daughter at swim meets and serving at her church in Circle Pines.
Rachel
Dental Receptionist
Rachel is originally from Madison, WI. She attended Normandale Community College, and eventually decided to pursue a career in the dental field. She graduated from Lakeland Medical-Dental Academy as a Dental Assistant in 1998 and worked for six years in the Orthodontic specialty. She left the workforce in 2004 and went on to achieve her greatest desire as a stay-at-home mother. She returned to working outside the home in early 2023.
Rachel is very passionate about her faith. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, going for long walks, jogging, crocheting, and cooking. She has spent time implementing a holistic lifestyle for herself and her family and has even owned and run a small business focused on all-natural personal care products. Rachel looks forward to helping families with their appointments and insurance needs at Turtle Cove Dental.
