Dr. Samy Boulos
Dentist/Owner
Dr. Samy Boulos purchased the practice in February 2019. He is an accomplished dentist with a true passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing comfortable and personalized care to all his patients. He has been committed to providing dental excellence for over 23 years. His top priority as a dentist is to treat each patient as an individual and provide them with excellent dental care. He treats people of all ages and looks forward to developing a long-term relationship with you.
Along with family and cosmetic dentistry, he also places implants and completes root canals. He is continually expanding his knowledge by attending numerous classes and seminars each year. He has completed 400+ hours of continuing education.
In his free time, Dr. Boulos, enjoys spending time with his sons, volunteering at his church, and watching/playing soccer.

Dr. Paola Fermin
Dentist
Dr. Paola Fermin is originally from Venezuela. She received her undergraduate dental degree from the Universidad de Carabobo and later obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Fermin enjoys providing a wide variety of general and cosmetic dentistry. She is very passionate about educating all of her patients about their oral health and gathering all the necessary information, while listening to their concerns to create a proper treatment plan, together, that meets their needs and expectations.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and close friends. She loves to be around nature, hike, work out, travel, listen to music and try different kinds of cuisine.
Dr. Deepika Kumar
Dentist
Dr. Kumar has 13 years of dental experience. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008, at M.G.R. Medical University, then attended Wichita State University in 2010, to complete her Masters of Criminal Justice. After that, she became a student at the University of Minnesota and completed her Doctor of Dental Science in 2017.
She enjoys being outside with her dog King, has an obsession with watching Bollywood and in her spare time she loves to try different cuisines and restaurants.
She's looking forward to building relationships with her patients at Turtle Cove Dental.
Lisa
Practice Manager
She has been in the dental field since 1998. Her career started in dental assisting, she spent most of those years working at an Endodontic specialty (root canals). She enjoys educating patients on the different aspects of dentistry and comforting anxious patients.
She lives in Coon Rapids with her family. She has one daughter attending college and swimming in Iowa. She loves animals, and has a small zoo of her own-a golden retriever, a tortoise and a bunny. In her spare time, you will find her cheering on her daughter at swim meets and serving at her church in Circle Pines.
